We’ve come full circle from the first product we sold when Carroll Promotions began in 1990 - a line of greeting cards printed on recycled paper. “Eco-logical Notes” seemed like a much better fundraising idea for schools than the candy we parents were being asked to sell every year.
Eco-logical Notes never took off, but our business did, as we worked with corporate clients throughout the U.S. and internationally to provide products in support of their programs. We’re extremely proud of the relationships we’ve built with both clients and manufacturers throughout these years.
Early in 2007, we made the decision to move the company back to its roots in environmentally-friendly products. TheSustainableLine was born, but there was relatively little product available in the industry. Wow, how things have changed!
Today our challenge is sorting through the thousands of products to present solid choices from responsible manufacturers. Most “green” sites for promotional products are built on databases of products identified as green by their manufacturers and very often give search results with products having nothing to do with sustainable choices. You won’t find that at TheSustainableLine. What you will find is an assortment of carefully selected products, backed up by years of expertise in program management and imprint techniques.
We’re really excited about today’s opportunities to make more thoughtful, sustainable, choices and we’re learning every day. We’ll share our passion and information with you and appreciate your feedback.
