How To Place An Order
Setting up a Shopping Cart for customized promotional products is a challenge. Every item is different with different imprint options. And we are offering products from many different manufacturers, each with their own production options. But it is a great way to present information, capture the critical details of your order and allow order tracking. So please use our Shopping Cart for all it can do and leave it to us to fill in the blanks.
Select the items and provide us with your imprint information. Review our Artwork Guidelines before creating your artwork. You can either email us artwork or tell us what you would like created. We will review your information and let you know if we have any concerns. We will also advise you of any added costs before beginning your order. Set-up charges are noted for each product, but they will not be shown in the Shopping Cart. We will add them to a price quote for your approval before proceeding with the order.
Each item shows the standard production time. Production starts when the order is placed with the manufacturer, after we have reviewed your artwork and confirmed all the order details. Shipping can take anywhere from a day to a week depending upon your location and that of the manufacturer. If you have a firm in-hand requirement, please let us know so we can make sure the order will deliver on time.
We request your credit card information when the order is placed. However, your card is never charged at that time. It will not be charged until all the order details are known and you have approved all costs. But please, enter the card information when you place the order as it is the most secure method of providing us with the information. |
